Privacy policy

Last updated: May 12, 2026

MomRealm ("we", "us") is a product of Draftlabs. This page describes what data we collect during early access and how we handle it. We are writing this in plain language because we hate privacy theater as much as you do. A lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before public launch.

What we collect

  • The waitlist form:your email address, the answers you give us about your baby's stage, your biggest current challenge, your past payment-for-parenting-help history, and any free-text you choose to share.
  • Guide application: name, email, certification type, an uploaded certificate, years of experience, weekly hours, and your written response.
  • Marketing attribution: UTM parameters and your initial referrer, so we know which channels are working.
  • Product analytics: we use PostHog to understand how people use the site. This includes anonymous session recording with all inputs masked. PostHog only runs after you accept cookies.

Who processes your data

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (US and EU regions).
  • PostHog — product analytics (US region; you can opt out via the cookie banner).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Google Ads — conversion measurement for paid traffic (only fires after consent).

Your rights

GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) give you the right to access, correct, and delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@draftlabs.org and we'll handle it within 30 days, usually faster.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with data brokers. We don't use your story as marketing material without explicit permission. Your free-text answers stay private.

Not medical advice

MomRealm is not a medical service. Information on this site, in our emails, and from any feature we ship is not a substitute for professional medical advice. For emergencies, call 911 (US), 999 (UK), or 000 (AU/NZ).
